180-Day Limited Structural Warranty

At PRVAETU, we believe that products designed for growing families should be made with care, thoughtful construction, and dependable everyday functionality.

To give parents greater confidence when choosing PRVAETU, eligible products are covered by a 180-Day Limited Structural Warranty from the original date of purchase.

What Does Our Warranty Cover?

The 180-day warranty covers designated core structural components of eligible products, including:

• Product frames;

• Metal brackets and structural connectors;

• Wheels, where applicable; and

• Other designated structural components specified for the individual product.

If a covered component experiences a failure caused by a manufacturing or structural defect during the warranty period, PRVAETU will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include:

Replacement Parts
We may provide replacement components when the issue can be resolved without replacing the entire product.

Product Replacement
If a covered structural defect cannot reasonably be resolved with replacement parts, we may provide a replacement product.

Other Appropriate Resolution
PRVAETU may determine another reasonable solution based on the specific circumstances of the warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered?

Our limited structural warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Accidental drops, impacts, or collisions;

• Misuse or improper use;

• Use outside the product's intended purpose;

• Failure to follow assembly or usage instructions;

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality;

• Improper storage, maintenance, or handling;

• Damage caused by external circumstances beyond normal intended use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Important Safety Notice

PRVAETU products should always be assembled, installed, and used according to the product-specific instructions and safety information provided with the product.

Please inspect the product regularly and discontinue use if you identify damage, structural instability, or another condition that may affect safe use.

Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the original purchase date and remains valid for 180 days.

The warranty is intended for the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased through PRVAETU or an authorized sales channel, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
