Order Changes and Cancellations

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of confirmation. You can cancel your order via the confirmation page, your order confirmation email, or through your account on PRVAETU.shop.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
