Stopped Working, but Seller addressed the issue professionally & promptly.

Monamii baby swing (by MianMianBaby) stopped working within 3 months.

UPDATE: The Seller (Monamii / MianMianBaby) are very professional and quick in addressing the issue with their product. This has changed my review status. We recommend because the Seller cares about the customer experience.

Disappointing range of motion

Unfortunately, our baby hates it. The swing motion isn't as strong or fast as with a traditional swing, and it doesn't soothe our baby at all, she just fusses the entire time she's in it. We gave it a few earnest tries and no luck. Also, the songs are extremely short and repeat on a strange loop setting, and the volume is either very loud or away too soft.

Worth It

First impression was how light it was. My old one was hard to move round because it was quite heavy. Easy assembly and very soft material. One cool feature is that it has an “auto” mode where the swing will only start swinging if it detects the baby moving.

Amazing customer service

We love love LOVE the swing; it's given us back 5 hours a day where we would otherwise be bouncing or rocking the baby. We used it daily for a month when the speaker suddenly stopped working and the rocking speed reduced. The Customer service is top notch, they immediately sent us a replacement. Thank you so much! This swing is a life saver.

Oh my God the swing is a miracle I had another swing The $99 one on Amazon and it like half worked and then broke anyways I got this upgraded one and it was totally worth the extra price my baby fell asleep in it and then even after she woke up she was just chilling there for 30 minutes and usually she always wants to be held so this is so huge

My baby loves this swing. It’s soft, quiet, and very easy to use. The 5 swing speeds and Bluetooth music are great, and the remote makes it super convenient. It’s lightweight and perfect for moving around the house. It seems to be sturdy too, and the design is slick. I specifically bought this colour as it’s super cute and can be used for baby boy or girl. Hoping to use this for the long run!
