Not sure if I just received a defective product but the mat does not lay flat.
There was a slight bump in the middle when I used the upper level son I put down a thick padded blanket down or just placed baby on one sode or the other.
Since my child is too heavy for the top level I have realized that the "latch" at the center of the playpen does not push down into place and will not allow the mat to lay flat into the lower section (large bump in the middle of the playpen). I have tried asking for advice but have not received any feedback. I'm frustrated as I am unable to use it for its intended purpose. Unfortunately I am beyond the return window. I will try to contact Cosco in the hopes of getting a replacement but so far I am disappointed in this product over all.

My daughter likes the product. However, I wrote to Graco as we cannot find sheets (nor a mattress pad) to fit the bassinet on Amazon nor on Graco's site. I was told, "Sheets are not available in Canada..."!!! As Amazon.com is an option for us, I was told, "I'm sorry the sheets for this model is not available on Amazon.com." And "Non Graco sheets are not recommended as they have not been safety tested with the pack n play." So what does my daughter do with the soiled bassinet bottom? If it is wet from washing, then where does her newborn sleep? Amazon should not sell this product!!
UPDATE: Graco contacted me with a potential solution. As the bassinet bottom is machine washable, Graco would send me a spare so there would be a clean, dry bottom available when the other was being washed/drying. I happily agreed to this solution and would have changed my rating to 5 star. However, I then got another email that there are none in stock. Groan.

The only thing I really disliked is the mattress. It’s awful. I had to purchase a different one.
It just seems so slanted in the middle.
But other than that it’s good

After 6 years of continued use with four grandkids , this "Pack and Play" is ready for another user. Its robust, and still looks like new. It's also a snap to set up and take down for storage. A well built piece of equipment

Great for baby! As described & easy to use. A little difficult to pack up the same way, but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it eventually.

Bought this to have at my moms house and this is a very good playyard for the price it is. I 100% recommend this

I am really happy with this play pen! We bought to use as a travel play pen for baby to sleep in when we go to friends and family's house and baby need a nap and also for vacation. So far it's been great, the quality is nice and the set up/take down is really easy. The only thing I worry about is the travel bag it comes with it a bit thin so I worry taking it on an airplane that it will get damaged. Overall we are happy with the purchase, good quality for a very affordable price!

Great quality, wipes clean. Easy to put up. Sometimes it takes me a couple times to close it up but that’s because I try to do it too fast.

It was easy to assemble and spacious for baby. Lot of storage to keep baby stuff. I loved it.

What made me buy this bed in particular was its versatility and the accessories that come with it. The only flaw we found is that it's a bit complicated to assemble. Otherwise, it seems good quality and safe! Before I could use it myself as I'm still pregnant, my friend used it with her almost 2 years old baby to change her diaper and it worked great, so there is some longevity - not only for newborns. Plus, I really like the idea of a playroom under the bed!
